What do you think is the importance of upgrading education to professional engagement in a company?
As Einstein put it, "Education is not fact learning, but brain training to think '' so do I - an electrical engineer working in a private electrical installation firm, I believe that only by upgrading education can we succeed Education is the only thing that no one can take away from us, and the more we know, the more confident, solid and resolute we are in the character and progress of the profession.
A huge number of graduates, masters and doctors of science from all fields of science, and very few real workers ready to respond to the challenges of modern companies!
Personally, I think it all depends on us, if we are persistent and want to learn and achieve there can be no obstacles. It is not always crucial what kind of education we have, but how much we want to learn and apply it successfully.
Vocational training seems to shorten this time.
I am an electrical engineer with no accounting background and general economic terms. In the company where I work we only have external accounting, so it often happens that I have to verify compensation, balance confirmation, cession and often come across terms that are completely unknown to me. That's why I chose NOVA Consulting where I gained a lot of knowledge and now I do things with greater confidence.
What is the lecturer's recipe for success at Nova Consulting, is it the experience or the way knowledge is transmitted?
When we are confident in ourselves as we speak and transfer knowledge with years of experience there is no possibility of failure, this is how I would describe my opinion of lecturers. Concrete, clear and unambiguous lectures, backed by a well-crafted material master plan, is a great way to succeed.
Do you feel that the training you have perfected has helped you to work? Why?
Yes, with the trainings I'm more confident in myself, I have self-confidence and so much more successfully master conversations with accountants from other companies. I am very pleased to have had the opportunity to learn from successful lecturers and to upgrade my knowledge in Nova Consulting.
